Another avocado salad with cannelini beans, brown rice, cucumbers, and red onions. This time I added my homemade pickled veggies though which tasted amazing!

Since I stopped with eating meat (and less bread/dairy) I have terrible hair loss. I don’t know if the meat is the problem, but I don’t know what else is. Because I started washing my hair less (instead of washing it every day) with natural shampoo, I eat healthier and meditate/do yoga at least 2 times a week.
I don’t know what to do and it’s fucking annoying. Can somebody help me?
